Students identify and solv e problems or challenges in a logical, scientific, and creative way to commerciali ze a business idea. The course focuses on exploring how feasible the business idea can be.
授業の概要および学習上の助言
In the course, students work in groups and individually, developing skills in teamwork to create value of creati ve ideas. 1. The five disciplines of innovation of Stanford Research Institute (SRI) will be utilized and demonstrated th rough the lessons. 2. The course uses the SRI's NABC framework (Needs - Approach - Benefits/Costs - Competition) as the backbone o f the course in describing and expressing the value proposition of innovative business ideas. 3. The value of the innovation projects will be continuously added through the Value Creation Forum (VCF). 4. The propositions are also expressed through the Project Design Model Canvas (PDMC) to provide customers / st akeholders the best overview of the project.
