This course aims at further development of basic grammar through communication tas
ks. Students will focus on developing skills of communication in modern Japanese r
eading, writing, speaking, and listening. |
| 授業の概要および学習上の助言 |
| This course is a continuation of Japanese Communication 2. It aims to help students further develop the four bas
ic skills of communication. Students will build on their previous knowledge and continue to increase their knowl
edge of intermediate-high level grammar (also review grammar previously learned and how it applies to living in
Japan), vocabulary, and idioms, as well as socio-cultural aspects of Japanese that are essential for accurate co
mmunication. Students will also increase their awareness of different style and speech levels (e.g., written and
spoken style, formal and informal speech, and keigo).
This course has a Moodle course site. All important information about course related matters will be posted on t
his site. It is students' responsibility to check the site regularly. |
