Global Innovation aims to acquire the ability to create innovation internationally
.
In this course, students will study SRI's five disciplines and put them into pract
ice. They will also analyze the current status of corporate activities and technol
ogical development, identify issues, and examine ways to contribute to society by
utilizing the specialized technologies they have acquired. |

| 1. SRI is the best innovative institute all over the world. It has developed the method for creation of innovati
on, which are composed of five disciplines as follows;
Customer Needs
Value Creation
Innovation Champions
Innovation Teams
Organizational Alignment.
2. We will investigate the current status of each of the areas (sales, management, R&D, design, manufacturing, q
uality control, product support, etc.) that make up the corporate activities of a given manufacturer and identif
y and analyze issues. Solutions to those issues will be designed.
In this class, Understand these concepts and acquire them practically through exercises.
